Welcome to the World Community Network (WCN)! Join us in creating a blueprint for a new world of harmony and abundance. Our 77-person team now spans six continents and communicates in 57 languages. Behind the scenes, we are very busy developing systems for the web and via a mobile app that will inspire and enable us to connect, communicate, and take collective actions together. The first version of our mobile app for iOS is finished! We just migrated our systems to the Amazon cloud to support much higher web traffic. Brent N. Hunter, Chairman, CEO and CIO (Los Angeles, CA USA)

Brent Hunter is an Information Technology executive leader with over 20 years of experience, specializing in cybersecurity, program management and knowledge management. Brent has led teams comprised of up to 200 people and responsibility for budgets up to $38 million. Brent is also an entrepreneur, producer, former psychotherapist, and an award-winning author of five books regarding the subjects of knowledge management, psychology, and universal wisdom. One of Brent's books, The Rainbow Bridge: Bridge to Inner Peace and to World Peace, illuminates the common ground in the world's major wisdom traditions, also known as universal wisdom. The book has received 22 literary awards and has been endorsed by the Dalai Lama, NY Times Bestselling Authors, Doctors, Attorneys, Ambassadors, Astronauts, Olympians, an Academy Award-Winning Actor, and other global luminaries. Hunter has two Master of Science degrees, is a graduate of General Electric's fast-track Information Systems Management Program and holds twenty active professional certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt. Brent earned a professional certificate in Leadership and Communications from Harvard University. He has also completed coursework at the eight Ivy League schools, Berkeley, Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge and other leading universities. In addition, Brent graduated from the U.S. Army Airborne School and is an Eagle Scout. He has been involved with a number of global civic organizations, including serving as the Vice President of Communications for the Northern California Division of the United Nations Association. Brent is also a social media pioneer, having founded and led the world's first intentionally global online community/social network, The Park, 30 years ago, in 1994. The vision at that time was to create a model for a world community in cyberspace, which grew to 700,000 members in 190 countries. The Park had community-minded social programs, a volunteer team of 160 people, and get-togethers in person. In his spare time, Brent enjoys spending time with his beloved wife Dea, their beautiful dog Kenai and North American Sphynx Bambi. He enjoys working out daily, reading, writing, learning, watching movies and television shows, producing videos, and occasionally mixing house music under the moniker "DJ Brent".
