Lifi Somantri, Indonesian and Japanese Translator (Bandung, Indonesia)

Lifi has a vast background in the sciences and mathematics. She graduated from the University of Iowa with eight years of experience in project management, technical leadership, business development, and computing tools. Although she is a native Indonesian speaker, her passion for linguistics fuels her to be fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin. In her professional roles as Operations Manager, Management System Consultant, and Translator, she has created standard operating procedures, executed new management systems, and translated documents into multiple languages. She also has experience in event planning, marketing, and administration. Combined with her multicultural background, she utilizes her multilingual skills to bridge effective communication between scientists, engineers, administrative staff, field workers, global clients, and the public.
